How Incredible New ‘SmartRoads’ Are Paving the Way Into The Future

About 8 years ago, electrical engineers Scott and Julie Brusseau  started throwing around the idea to replace carbon emitting asphalt on US highways with electricity-producing solar panels. That idea blossomed into a project that got the attention of The US Federal Highway Administration to produce a working prototype.

The Brusseau’s have unveiled their asphalt solar project and it is amazing to say the least.
